4 soft-shell crabs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups oil for frying , or as needed

Instructions

9.Remove the crabs from the oil with a slotted spoon and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
