Ingredients

3/4 cup organic brown rice

1 garlic clove , peeled and minced ( optional )
1 medium onion , diced
2 pieces Canadian bacon , diced
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 1/2 cups frozen organic string beans
2 eggs

Instructions
