1/3 cup tomato ketchup
2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon shortening

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, stir together yeast, flour, milk, sugar and salt until just combined.

4.In a saucepan, saute onions, garlic, tomatoes and sweet pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5.Add in sliced sausage or cooked chicken and cook for a few minutes.
6.Roll out the pizza dough and spread tomato ketchup over the surface.
7.Spread the cooked toppings evenly and sprinkle shredded cheddar, white cheddar, and mozzarella cheese on top.
8.Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until the the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
