Ingredients

6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1/4 lb gorgonzola dolce blue cheese , cut into small pieces
1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
salt & freshly ground black pepper
3 large eggs , beaten
2 cups dry breadcrumbs
4 cups olive oil , for frying ( or part veg . oil )

Instructions
