1 cup flour

2 yellow onions , thinly sliced
2 tomatoes
3 garlic cloves , crushed
1 cup dry white wine
1 bay leaf
2 pinches nutmeg , freshly grated
1 ounce bittersweet chocolate
2 ounces dried wild mushrooms , soaked in water to cover overnight
3 cups beef stock
