10.Add 1/2 teaspoon thyme and mushrooms.
11.Cook 10 minutes or until mushrooms release moisture, stirring occasionally.
12.Add 4 garlic cloves; sauté 1 minute.
13.Add broth and wine; bring to a boil, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.
14.Combine 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch in a small bowl.
15.Add cornstarch mixture to pan.
16.Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
