1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 lb bing cherry , pitted
1 orange , juice of
1 orange , zest of
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1 cup cherry brandy
1 pint vanilla ice cream
12 crepes

Instructions

1.Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2.Stir in the sugar, cherries, orange juice and zest.

5.Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes or until thickened.

8.Fold the crepe in half and then in half again to form a triangle.
9.Top each crepe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of the cherry brandy sauce.
