Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F

11.Pour batter over the apricots in the prepared pan.
12.Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
13.Allow the cake to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a serving plate.
