Ingredients

20 slices of good quality white bread , day old
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
