1/3 cup dutch process cocoa
4 egg whites , at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.

10.Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
11.Remove the cake from the oven and cool it in the pan on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before serving.
