Ingredients

2 -3 sweet onions , peeled , cut into rings , and cut in halves
1 pre-made refrigerater pie crust
1/4 cup butter
2 small beef bouillon cubes or 1 large beef bouillon cube
2 slices swiss gruyere cheese or 2 slices muenster cheese
1 egg white
1 deep dish pie plate

Instructions
