Ingredients

3 onions , sliced
1 portabella mushroom cap , sliced
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 cup dry red wine
4 cups vegetable broth
1/4 cup soy sauce ( I will probably try Bragg 's instead )
1/8 cup dark miso ( dissolved in 1 c water or stock )
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes

Instructions

3.Pour the red wine and let it cook until the liquid almost evaporates.
4.Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, and miso. Mix well and simmer for 30 minutes.
5.Finish by adding nutritional yeast and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
6.Serve hot and enjoy!
