200 g white caster sugar
6 -10 heads dried lavender
3 vanilla pod

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to its lowest temperature setting.
2.Place the lavender on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes to dry it out.

4.Cut the vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add the seeds to the lavender sugar mixture and mix well.
5.Transfer the sugar to a sterilized jar and store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
