1 lb loaf sourdough bread , long not round
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion , diced
6 garlic cloves , minced

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard , plus more for serving
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
1 egg , beaten

Instructions

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
10.Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the bread is crispy and the lamb is cooked through.
11.Slice and serve with additional Dijon mustard on the side.
