Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.
2.Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
3.In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder, then set it aside.
4.Add in the eggs one at a time, into the butter mixture, stir until the egg is completely incorporated.
5.Mix in the sour cream and salt.
6.Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, stir, and mix until fully combined to create the dough.
7.Take a small spoonful of the dough, shape it into small balls, flatten it slightly.
8.Place the dough balls on a lined baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the puffs turn golden brown.
9.Melt half a cup of butter in a bowl.
10.Mix the cinnamon and sugar in another bowl.
11.Dip the puffs one at a time first into the melted butter, then into cinnamon, and sugar mixture.
