Ingredients

1/3 cup warm water
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup butter , softened
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 egg white
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1.In a bowl mix warm water and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
2.In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, eggs and egg yolks.
3.Gradually add the yeast mixture and continue mixing until dough comes together.
4.Add in butter and knead until smooth, cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
5.Preheat oven to 375°F.
6.Shape the dough into desired size.
7.Mix egg white and water, brush the egg wash onto the dough.
8.Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
9.Bake until golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes.
