1 1/2 cups basmati rice , soaked in salted water for 2 hours
7 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 saffron strands , soaken in
1 tablespoon boiling water
1 pinch salt , to taste

6.Serve hot with stewed beef and French beans on top of rice.
