Ingredients

300 g potatoes
300 g salmon
1/2 leek
1/4 liter cream
3 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds and place in a saucepan with cold water. Allow to boil for 10 minutes before draining and rinsing with cold water.
3.Thinly slice the leek.
4.Spread half of the sliced potatoes in an even layer in a baking dish.
5.Spread half of the sliced leek over the potatoes.
6.Cut salmon into 4 + equal portions and place on top of the leeks.
7.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
8.Pour half of the cream mixture over the top of the salmon.
9.Layer the remaining potatoes and leeks over the salmon.
10.Pour the remaining cream mixture evenly over the top of the potatoes.
11.Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until all the ingredients are fully cooked and the top has turned golden brown.
