3 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons instant yeast
1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine water, honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, egg, flour, 3/4 cup asiago cheese, milk powder, salt, yeast, and mix until well blended.
2.Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3.Lightly grease a large bowl, place the dough in and cover with plastic wrap.
4.Let it rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
5.Preheat oven to 375°F and set a baking sheet.
6.In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, and remaining 1/2 cup asiago cheese.
7.On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a circle of about 13in.
8.Place the dough on the baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly.
9.Cut the dough entirely in half, and then cut each half into quarters and cut quarters into eights (leaving attached at the bottom).
10.Twist and turn each piece to show some of the filling.
11.Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
