1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
