2 sheets prepared shortcrust pastry
60 g ground almonds
1 7/8 kg fresh prunes
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons demerara sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.

9.Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and the prunes are cooked through.
10.Take out of the oven and let cool before serving.
