Freak'n Good Ribs are a classic barbecue dish that have been around for over a century. They are usually made with pork or beef ribs and cooked low and slow for hours until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. The sauce can be made with a variety of ingredients, but in this recipe, we use pineapple juice, brown sugar and spices to give it a sweet and tangy taste. These ribs are perfect for a summer barbecue with friends and family, or as a hearty meal anytime of the year.

Instructions

2.In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, Keen's dry mustard, ketchup, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, ground cloves, ginger, minced garlic and cayenne pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
3.Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are coated evenly.
4.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 3 hours.
5.Remove the foil and brush the ribs with the Bulls Eye bold barbecue sauce.
