3 eggs , seperated
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons samos liqueur
ice cream
toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

1.Cut the apricots in half and remove the stones. Place them in a pot with a little water and cook until soft, about 10-15 minutes.

4.In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.

7.Stir in the samos liqueur.
8.Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
