Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center, and add olive oil and eggs.
2.Mix gradually with hands, adding water as needed to make a dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
3.In another bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4.On a floured surface, roll out the dough into thin rectangles. Cut the rectangles into small squares. Spread cheese mixture onto the squares, and roll them up.
5.Heat olive oil in a cooking pan and saute minced garlic.
