Ingredients

1 cup uncooked rice , washed
3/4 cup French beans , finely chopped
3/4 cup carrot , finely chopped
1/4 cup red capsicum , finely chopped
2 stalks celery , finely chopped
2 spring onions , finely chopped ( whites and greens separated )
1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
salt
green chili , in vinegar ( optional )

Instructions

1.Cook the washed rice in a pressure cooker or boiling water and keep aside.
2.Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped spring onion whites. Sauté for a minute.
3.Add chopped beans, carrots, celery, and red capsicum. Mix and sauté for 5 minutes.
4.Now, add soya sauce, cooked rice, and salt. Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes.
5.Add chopped spring onion greens and mix well. Serve hot with green chili in vinegar (optional).
