Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the rice flour, black urad dal flour, soya flour, fruit salt, salt, water and olive oil together to form a batter.
2.Heat a non-stick tava or griddle and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the tava. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
3.Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns light brown in color. Flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute.
4.Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
