2 teaspoons dried yeast
3 cups bread flour

1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon rosemary ( dried )
1 teaspoon oregano ( dried )
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 cups water

This recipe uses a bread machine to create the dough, making it a simple and convenient way to make fresh bread at home. Instructions

1.Add the yeast, bread flour, salt, sugar, rosemary, oregano, oil, and water in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2.Select the dough setting and start the bread machine.
3.Once the dough has been made in the bread machine, remove it and roll it out into a rectangle shape. Place the dough onto a greased baking sheet and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
4.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and then bake the focaccia for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

PROS

This Focaccia recipe is incredibly easy to make and the bread machine takes care of most of the work.

CONS

While the bread machine makes it easy to produce the dough, it is still necessary to roll out the dough and let it rise before baking.
