Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ½ cup of cold water, 2 tbsp of cold water, 1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil, and ¾ tsp of fine salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
2.Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
