Instructions

1.Start by cooking the rice in a pot according to the package directions.
2.In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
3.Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
