2 cans tomato puree
4 cups water ( approximately two 3/4 full 28 oz puree tomato cans of water )
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons italian allspice
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2.Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion has turned translucent.

5.Pour white wine into the pot and stir, simmering until the wine evaporates.
