Ingredients

2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup shortening ( you can use anywhere between 3 Tablespoons to 1/2 a cup - 1/4 cup works well ) or 1/2 cup lard ( you can use anywhere between 3 Tablespoons to 1/2 a cup - 1/4 cup works well )
3/4 cup hot water
1 package pasta sauce , mix dried ( optional )
