Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6.Drop rounded teaspoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
7.Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
8.Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
9.Melt the baking chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
10.Dip the cooled cookies in the melted chocolate, coating both sides. Place the cookies on a piece of parchment paper and allow the chocolate to set.
