Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread parchment paper over a baking sheet.
2.Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3.Add garlic and onion, cooking until the onion is translucent for around 5 minutes.
4.Add cumin and black beans. Sauté the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
5.Add the can of corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7.Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the flautas, cooking until they are crispy and golden brown in color. This will take about 2-3 minutes per side.
8.Take out the toothpicks and move the flautas onto the pre-cooked baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes at new before serving.
