Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 lb beef flank steak
1/4 cup sauterne white wine ( regular dry white wine is n't quite as good )
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove , minced
10 1/2 ounces condensed beef broth
1 tablespoon ketchup or 1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 small onion , finely chopped
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms , sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
