1 pound ground beef
1 can black beans , drained and rinsed
1 large red bell pepper , chopped
4 flour tortillas
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , divided

Instructions

8.Once the skillet is hot, place each burrito in the skillet, turning frequently, until each side is lightly browned and crispy.
9.Remove the toothpicks before serving.
