2 -3 2 -3 lbs english roast or 2 -3 lbs arm roast
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix or ( 1 1/4 ounce ) packet onion dip mix
2 bay leaves
onion
red potatoes
carrot
turnip
celery ( whatever you prefer )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a roasting pan, place the roast and pour the golden mushroom soup on top.
3.Sprinkle the onion soup mix and add the bay leaves on top of the soup.
4.Arrange the vegetables (onion, red potatoes, carrot, turnip, celery) around the roast in the pan.
5.Cover with foil and roast in the oven for 2-3 hours, until the roast is tender.
6.Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to brown the vegetables.
