1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb shrimp , cooked and shelled
2 lbs solid meat fish , cut into slices

Instructions

1.In a blender, blend coconut milk, softened bread, roasted peanuts, and dried shrimp into a paste.
2.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in minced onions and cook until fragrant.
3.Add in chopped tomatoes, minced parsley, minced chives, and bay leaf. Stir well.
4.Add in the blended paste and cook for another 5 minutes.
5.Add in cooked and shelled shrimp and sliced fish, stir well and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
