Fish Tagine is a classic Moroccan dish made with fish, vegetables, and spices. This version features a flavorful combination of tomatoes, capers, and cinnamon, which adds a unique twist to the traditional Tagine recipe. The dish is characterized by the succulent, flaky fish fillets that are rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lean protein. It is perfect for a healthy and satisfying dinner that is both delicious and nutritious.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Mix the cumin and olive oil together in a small bowl. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

4.Add the remaining cumin oil mixture to the skillet. Add the stewed tomatoes, capers, and cinnamon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5.Place the fish fillets on top of the tomato mixture in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Serve hot and enjoy!
