Instructions

1.Heat oil in a deep pot over medium heat, add onions and garlic, and stir until golden brown.
2.Add tomatoes, turmeric, cinnamon, and clove; cook and stir until the tomatoes are soft.
3.Mix tomato paste with a little bit of water and add to the pot,
4.Add one teaspoon of bezar mix to the pot and stir well.
5.Add tuna steaks and coat with the mixture.
6.Add water and dried lime, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
7.In a separate pot, bring 6 cups of salted water to boil and cook the rice for 20 minutes.
8.Serve the fish matchboos Oman with the rice on the side.
