Ingredients

1/4 kg kingfish , cut in large pieces
2 bunches fenugreek leaves
1 bunch coriander leaves
4 pieces green chilies , slit
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes , chopped
1 medium onion , peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons oil
salt
Fish in fenugreek leaves is a traditional Indian dish that has the perfect blend of spices and herbs. Instructions

1.Wash and clean the fish pieces properly with a pinch of salt.
2.In a pan, heat oil and add onions and fry until the onions turn golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Now add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
4.Keep stirring till the masala gets dry.
5.When the masala is ready, add coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves on to it. Mix it well with the masala.
6.Add fish pieces onto the masala. Add garam masala and little water.
7.Cover it and cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
8.Once the fish is cooked turn off the heat and garnish it with coriander leaves and slit green chillies.
