Instructions

1.Boil the dates with water for 10-15 minutes until they are soft. Let it cool and mash into a paste.

4.Stir in the mashed dates and milk/cream into the batter.
5.Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake at 175°C for 35-45 mins until the cake turns golden brown.
6.Let it cool on a rack and serve.
