750 ml all-purpose flour

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, crumble the yeast and mix it with lukewarm milk until dissolved.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, salt, sugar, and cardamom. Mix well.
3.Add the flour and milk mixture to the mixing bowl gradually, kneading the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 30-60 minutes.
4.In a separate bowl, mix the room temperature butter, sugar, and cinnamon to form a spread.
5.Preheat the oven to 225°C/435F. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
6.Roll up the dough into a log and cut it into slices 1-2 cm thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7.Brush the slices with beaten egg and let them rise for 10 minutes before baking.
8.Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 8-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
