2.Set out the sour cream, beef or buffalo, guacamole, and salsa
3.To assemble: spread a spoonful of sour cream on each tortilla, place a strip of beef or buffalo, and top with a spoonful of guacamole and salsa
4.Roll up tightly and enjoy!
