Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
2 sole fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 teaspoon salt , to taste
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup cream

Instructions

8.In a small bowl, mix the flour with cream until well combined. Pour it into the skillet, stir well and cook until it thickens for about 2-3 minutes
9.Add the reserved mushrooms and onions to the sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
10.Once the sauce is ready, top the fish fillets with this hearty sauce and serve immediately.
