Ingredients

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces evaporated milk
8 egg yolks
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup water
Filipino Flan, also known as leche flan, is a popular dessert in the Philippines. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking until it turns golden brown and pour into an 8-inch(20 cm) round baking dish.
3.In a mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, evaporated milk, and egg yolks until well combined. Pour the mixture on top of the caramel in the baking dish.
4.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in a larger baking pan. Pour hot water into the larger baking pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan dish.
5.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
6.Once cooled, invert the flan onto a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
