Filet Mignon is one of the most popular cuts of beef, known for its tenderness and succulence. The cut comes from the tenderloin, a muscle located on the back of the animal, which is not used very much, resulting in a very tender piece of meat. The Cabernet Shallot Glaze adds a rich depth of flavor that pairs perfectly with the steak. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner at home.
