4 medium red bell peppers

2 cans black beans , drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove , minced
2 teaspoons cilantro , finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
