If you're tired of the old lasagna recipe, give this Fiesta Chicken Lasagna a try. It combines all the flavors you know and love from tacos and fajitas, but in a lasagna form. The thick and chunky salsa adds tanginess, while the black beans add texture to the dish. The grilled chicken breasts bring a smoky flavor and the cilantro lends the dish an herbaceous taste.
