Instructions

1.In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, cumin seeds and red chili pepper, bring the heat up to high and cook until the onions have browned.
2.Add the drained chickpeas and stir for about 2 minutes, making sure all the chickpeas are covered with spices. Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
3.In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Add the spicy chickpeas to the yogurt and stir well.
5.Top with freshly chopped coriander and serve with lime wedges on the side.
