3 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the peanut oil, butter, water, brandy, and beaten eggs until well combined.

4.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined to form a dough.

8.In the meantime, prepare the syrup following the recipe posted previously (search with the search engine).
9.Once the Fenikia is done baking, remove it from the oven and pour the syrup over it. Allow it to cool.
10.Once cooled, cut into small pieces and serve, garnished with chopped walnuts.
